The event titled “Strengthening the capacity and validating the evaluations and conclusions of the capacity assessment of national institutions in the field of climate change” was held on 24 and 24 October. It included members of WG on Mitigation and Adaptation on Climate Change and WG on SDG Finance (within the National council for Sustainable Development), where capacity and needs assessment in Montenegro, covering institutional organization, strategic and regulatory frameworks, administrative capacities, monitoring and reporting, gender-sensitive evaluation of climate change capacities, and financial needs in the context of climate change were discussed.
